In our first Partner Update of the year 2025, we shared more information about two major new features for NovaBACKUP. We took a look at these upcoming product enhancements and how they will transform your data recovery experience.

Throughout 2024 we have released a number of small and large updates to NovaBACKUP. New features bring new questions for our support. That's why we reviewed some of the most common support questions we received during our last Partner Update of the year.

During the webinar in October 2024, we went through some of the typical support questions, discussed why they come up, and how you can help your customers (and yourself). Among them:
